Stephanie Bown is an accomplished facilitator and coach who has spent the past 10 years helping some of Australia’s best employers, including Swisse Wellness, achieve exceptional results by demonstrating exceptional leadership.

She is a professional group facilitator trained in managing group dynamics and experienced in working with CEO’s to transform their own style to affect positive change within their businesses, lives and relationships. Stephanie is a qualified YPO CFF and has experience facilitating YPO and EO groups.

Steph’s qualifications include post-graduate degrees in psychology, neuropsychology, organisation dynamics and positive psychology. She is accredited in Human Synergistics tools and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBT). Coupled with her experience working with hundreds of leaders from organisations spanning finance, insurance, government, electronics, telecommunications, and retail sectors, Stephanie brings keen insights and a pragmatic approach to the clients and groups she works with.

Facilitation of discrete sessions
We design sessions to suit your existing agenda and meet your learning objectives – whether it be to deepen Forum relationships, enhance Forum process, or develop Forum member leadership or communication skills. Sessions are costed at our ½ day or full day facilitation rate.

Design retreat agenda + facilitation of discrete sessions
We are a Byron Bay based consultancy and regularly deliver retreats and conferences for corporate groups. We draw on local knowledge to help you build your perfect retreat agenda incorporating desired facilitated sessions. We design your agenda at our event management rate.

Design and manage full event package
We work with you to compose and manage all components of your Forum retreat package including agenda, facilitated sessions, booking and management of accommodation, meeting spaces, activities, meals and transfers. We organise the event and charge you a per person rate to cover all expenses.
