STEPHANIE BOWN
Co-Founder and Managing Director


Stephanie Bown is an accomplished performance coach who has spent the past 10 years helping some of Australia’s best employers achieve exceptional results by demonstrating exceptional leadership.

Her education in positive psychology, neuroscience and organisation dynamics, coupled with her accreditations in Human Synergistics tools and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), allows her to bring keen insights and a pragmatic approach to nurturing an organisation’s greatest assets – its people and culture.

Steph and her husband Clinton founded workwellgroup in 2015 with a vision to deliver life changing learning experiences that promote workplace wellbeing. Through retreats, workshops and 1:1’s, Steph works closely CEO’s and their teams to help them find greater alignment, clarity and commitment for their cause.

Steph’s clients span a range of industries including Retail, Technology, Hospitality, Travel, Social Services, and Financial Services. She is known for her expertise in facilitation, coaching, leadership development, and strategy creation. She also partners with internal HR and Operations teams over the long term to support implementation of projects that foster culture change and positively impact both engagement and bottom line results.

Stephanie has a deep appreciation for the principles and practices of mindful living and leadership. In December of 2015, she relocated her family from Melbourne to Byron Bay to proactively foster a life closely connected to nature, community, and creative expression. She regularly practices yoga and meditation. She also has a passion for learning and every year invests in her personal and professional development so that she may continually share fresh insights and new ideas with her clients.

CLINTON BOWN
Co-Founder and Director


Clinton is a marketing, media and communications specialist, and has spent much of his career developing leaders and teams in elite sporting organisations.

He has held General Management positions at Hawthorn FC and Carlton FC, and was Press Officer at Queens Park Rangers FC in London. Clinton has been a key figure in establishing AFL Digital Strategy over the last decade, having pioneered Club-based multimedia content production while at Collingwood FC. Clinton was also media advisor to former Victorian Premier Hon Jeff Kennett AC, in his role as Head of Communications at Hawthorn FC.

Clinton has worked with many of Australia’s best known coaches and athletes in high-performance environments, and been involved at an Executive level in defining and implementing a range of leadership development programs and cultural re-alignment strategies.

STEPHANIE PERRI-KELSALL
Senior Consultant


Stephanie is a qualified, respected, and dynamic senior consultant with extensive experience in the development and delivery of leadership culture transformation programs for national and multi-national organisations across a range of business sectors, most notably; Hospitality, Retail and IT.

To date, Steph’s qualifications & accreditations include;

Stephanie’s key strengths are Empathy, Positivity, Communication, and Adaptability to which she applies to all aspects of her life and to that of her clients. She is inspired to create engaging and meaningful programs focusing on health and well-being, mindfulness, professional development and leadership skills.

Stephanie is a health ambassador with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Her dedication to leading a healthy lifestyle incorporates body, mind and soul and always focuses on the needs and capacities of each individual and the team. The main goal being to enable people to help themselves in the long term. Stephanie brings a fun and friendly atmosphere and an enthusiasm that is infectious. In her capable hands, she will help guide you through the steps to becoming the best version of yourself in her trademark nurturing and laid-back style.

Stephanie’s greatest asset is her family  – she is a mum, wife, daughter, sister, aunty, entrepreneur, dancer and business owner – Her life purpose to change at least one persons life, which will hopefully change the lives of others.
