Stephanie Bown is an accomplished business and culture strategist, facilitator and performance coach. A leader in change management, Stephanie has spent the past 15 years helping some of Australia’s best employers achieve exceptional results by demonstrating exceptional leadership.
Stephanie’s mission is to deliver life-changing learning experiences through corporate retreats, workshops and 1:1 coaching.
Working intimately as the in-house Performance Partner at Swisse Wellness, Steph coached the executive group over a number of years to sharpen their focus and achieve a record company sale of $1.6 billion. An organisational psychologist with her grounding in management consultancy, Steph founded her own practice, workwellgroup, in 2015. She has since facilitated strategy creation and leadership development initiatives with CEO’s across multiple industries, helping their teams achieve greater alignment, clarity and commitment for their cause.

Steph is a professional facilitator trained in managing group dynamics. She is described as a trust-builder, energetic, friendly, effortless, engaging and intuitive. Her facilitation style fosters openness, trust, respect and enjoyment within groups. Steph is experienced in working with CEO’s and their teams to lead with authenticity and affect positive change within their businesses, lives and relationships.

Co-Founder and Director
Clinton is a marketing, media and communications specialist, and has spent much of his career developing leaders and teams in elite sporting organisations.
He has held General Management positions at Hawthorn FC and Carlton FC, and was Press Officer at Queens Park Rangers FC in London. Clinton has been a key figure in establishing AFL Digital Strategy over the last decade, having pioneered Club-based multimedia content production while at Collingwood FC. Clinton was also media advisor to former Victorian Premier Hon Jeff Kennett AC, in his role as Head of Communications at Hawthorn FC.
Clinton has worked with many of Australia’s best known coaches and athletes in high-performance environments, and been involved at an Executive level in defining and implementing a range of leadership development programs and cultural re-alignment strategies.
Stephanie is a qualified, respected, and dynamic senior consultant with extensive experience in the development and delivery of leadership culture transformation programs for national and multi-national organisations across a range of business sectors, most notably; Hospitality, Retail and IT.
